Working closely with local professional Architectural Designers, who are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) and also local Structural Engineers who are members of the Institution of Structural Engineers, Mendip Construction (SW) Ltd can take care of all aspects of your project from start to finish.
OUR PROCESS:
Step 1. We will arrange an initial consultation with one of our accredited and highly skilled architects to visit you at your home and produce a detailed design of your project to meet your needs. These drawings will then be submitted to the local authority along with a detailed application form for planning permission/consent to be obtained (if required).
Step 2. Once planning consent/permission is granted our architect will then submit all relevant specification documents for full Building Regulations approval in order for your project to commence along with any structural calculations produced by one of our Structural Engineers (if required).
Step 3. Once Building Regulations has been approved by the local authority, work on creating your extension can then begin!
